RPC Series Air Dryers Series

The RPC energy saving series refrigerated air dryer sets the standard for efficiency. This reliable, patent pending heat exchanger is compounded with friendly refrigerants. The ESS (Energy Saving System) allows for impressive amounts of power savings by running the refrigerant compressor only when the thermal change has occurred. Each model features a No-Air-Loss drain.

All models use reliable refrigeration compressors and environmentally friendly refrigerants. Models through RNC750 use proven reciprocating refrigeration compressors with R-134a refrigerant. RNC1000 through RNC3000 incorporate rugged scroll compressors with R-404a refrigerant. You benefit from long component life and efficient 24/7 performance.

RGD Series Air Dryers

The RGD Series refrigerated air dryers offer the perfect balance between technology and simplicity to dry compressed air systems to a stable SO 8573-1 Air Quality, Class 4 to 5 pressure dew point. The smooth bore, copper tube-on-tube heat exchangers make for an innovative, efficient system.

RHT Series Refrigerated Air Dryer

This high inlet temperature unit features a unique design which works directly with reciprocating air compressors. A high grade heat exchanger allows the dryer to accept elevated inlet air temperatures up to 180°F. This allows the refrigerated air dryer to maintain a 50°F pressure due point. Ideally suited for auto body shops, auto service centers, and light industrial facilities, this air dryer will enhance your production.

RHP Refrigerated Air Dryer

The RHP Series high pressure refrigerated air dryers are designed to product 38°F pressure dew points for 700 – 900 psig applications. Carefully engineered with a high pressure design, this unit provides a reliable method to remove moisture as a water vapor. Optional coalescing filters remove solid particles, liquid water droplets, and oil from the compressed air system. Multiple industries can benefit from utilizing the RHP unit across a wide variety of applications.

RHP Series Refrigerated Dryers and E Series Filters for 700–900 psig Applications

  • The demand for clean, dry compressed air systems at 700-900 psig (49-63 bar) has never been greater. Industries like PET blow molding, injection molding, aeronautical valve and control testing require dry and filtered compressed air.
  • A carefully engineered high pressure refrigerated dryer design provides a reliable method to remove moisture as a water vapor while coalescing filters remove solid particles, liquid water droplets, liquid oil and oil vapors from the compressed air system.

RHP Series Refrigerated Dryers offer Pressure Dew Points of 38° F (3° C)

  • Moisture (water vapor) is present in ambient air as a gas and cannot be filtered. A stainless steel plate heat exchanger designed for high pressure compressed air teams with a self-regulating, environmentally-friendly refrigeration system to ensure design dew point.
